      I used the data from when I started working out. You can see which exercises I stopped, which stalled, and which kept going. There’s a lot more data but started with these six for convenience. My end goal is to arrive at a good performance measure. Next step here is converting this to percent change. Then later on work on accounting for time of day, fatigue, exercise order, etc.

      Things to note:

      -„Expected 1RM“ is the last 3 sessions averaged.

      – If the rest days between exercises is more than 14 days, a new segment will start

      70lbs lateral raise? Isn’t that like an elite level? Seems crazy given your bench.
