There was another incident of this at the start of the war too. I think the other one was much deeper imbedded in the chest/stomach.

      War is so crazy

      Edit:

Man he must have caught it while he was laying on the ground…. I don’t know how it got there without killing him (going through the torso).

Ewww… now I know why I woke up this morning thinking „I think I should skip leg day today“. If I only listened to that inner voice…

Not sure if you could call this guy lucky… or unlucky.

Normally he would be in a thousand pieces over 1000 m^2, yet there he is… alive.

All of this because a single putrid soul in the Kremlin doesn’t like freedom.

    6. Lots of extraordinary miracles happening in Ukraine! Kudos to the medical team! Stay strong Ukraine!

I’ve seen an RPG projectile (OG 7v) stuck perpendicular through a guy’s calf but not explode. Guy was sent home (from Afghanistan) but was up & walking, albeit with difficulty, by the time the rest of us finished the deployment 9-10 months later.

And, I never thought I’d say this but here goes: I really, really wish this was a video of what I described and not the unimaginable horror that we all just witnessed above.

I mean luckily (?!) this was mostly soft tissue… But holy forking shirtballs I’ll be a happy camper if I never see that again.
