All 4 of them should be in this list tbh, they run from YG a big corporation and created their own independent label and still relevant for almost 10 years

    2. People continue to doubt Jennie in particular, but the popularity of the Dracula remix proves that she’s here to stay as a solo artist, and not just amongst people who already fans. Ruby is one of the best K-pop solo debut albums of all-time—the stylistic diversity, the energy, the range; it’s just insane, and I’m glad she’s getting recognition for that outside of the fandom.

the first kpop soloist with a song that made to the top ten of spotify chart for 4 years in a row.

      Like Jennie is still charting.

I like seeing the independence as individuals after leaving YG.

People would have foam in the mouth over this but Blinks dont really highlight much if the girls achievement to brag. Like Jennie won KMA and they don’t even talk about it that much.

    4. This is cool and all, congrats to her. I’m a bit peeved at Gracie though like??? Yes, you should be mentioning her achievements in a blurb about why she is influential???? That’s great that she’s nice, but so are thousands of artists around the globe. This is JENNIE we are talking about – she should be recognized for her achievements and music growth, not that she’s nice.

Either way, congrats to Jennie. This is huge, I just wish she was praised for all of her accomplishments, not just being a nice person when the cameras are off. However, I spose I am grateful to know she’s kind through and through lol

„She is the type of person who will grab both your hands and squeeze them. She has a softness that only emphasizes her strength. **I just love her.“**

No mention of Jennie’s accomplishments with her debut album!

No mention of her incredible fashion game!

No mention of her MUSICALLY at all when her job is being a MUSICIAN!😭

**Jennie’s accomplishments as an artist deserves a Nod.**

      Gracie Abrams do better!!

She’s become quite the starlet in the US, though you won’t see folks talking about that here. A lot of my friends and colleagues are familiar with her music, despite not being into kpop or blackpink at all.

Congratulations to our Jennie! 🥳 It’s hilarious to watch haters seethe behind their keyboards every time someone who worked with Jennie mentions that she is genuinely a good person. Believe it or not, that’s incredibly inspiring. Despite her massive popularity, she stays kind and grounded, something you absolutely cannot say about all celebrities. 🤷‍♂️

Going solo and leaving YG was the best thing that ever happened to her honestly

she’s just saying a whole lot of nothing, say something about her actual achievements bruh

I think if this were actually an article about Jennie, I would agree with others saying that it was poorly written.

These are incredibly short blurbs written by busy people who don’t write these sorts of things for a living. Gracie knows Jennie and felt that it would be more interesting to talk about something that not everyone knows about, using the guideline of „about 150 words.“

I agree that she should have written something else, but I don’t like always telling people to „do better“ about every little thing you disagree with as though you can simplify everything into how objectively wrong or bad it is. Have a little humility.

    12. This is definitely just a press grab to stay relevant and cater to the kpop community because it doesn’t talk about her achievements, just about how nice she is. Smh
