Cheaper to just buy whey protein powder. Its 11.4 grams of protein per 100ml, which is okay. All they did was add Milk Protein Solids, known as whey powder, which is usually removed from the milk and cheese manufacturing process
i’m deadass skeptical. the chocolate one tastes so good and it’s not thick at all, i wouldn’t be surprised if they’re amino spiking or something
All i see is sugar and marketing team trying to sell something banal. Eat whole foods and you’ll be more than ok.
im guessing they add whey to it like a protein shake, so just compare prices per gram of protein – also factor in the added sugar and fat from milk (isolate protein powder usually has less than 1g of each, assuming you dont mix it with milk)
Diary is already high in protein (like cheese and gbejniet) so it’s difficult not to have high protein by default. I assume they add some whey protein since it’s cheap to keep costs down and have the high protein amount.
Though, like the other comment said, eat whole foods first like chicken everyday than whatever product is trending.
The milkshakes also have 30g of sugar
Knowing how the dairy industry works ,it so fucking disgusting . They first forcefully impregnate the cow and when the calf is born, its segregated on basis of gender, the male calves stolen from the mother cow are killed within first week of their life since they cant produce milk. Then the female calves are put through the same condition as their mother.
Dont support the dairy industry and go vegan.
