I agree with the caucus leader.

However, for quite some time now, Canadians seek to want a slower, and more thought out approach.

They have created minority governments. And that is reflective. So that the government can be reflective.

If we had a liberal majority from the start, Bill C2, would have gone through without any input at all.

And where would we be with trump’s safer borders then?
