If you actually believe that Trump thinks it was a picture of him as a doctor you are admitting that he should definitely not be president. Because that would mean he doesn’t at all recognize the very simplest of pictures anymore.

Republicans always have dutifully parroted party-issued talking points. Ana Navarro recently talked about how liberated she has felt since she decided to say what she actually thinks, which has taken away the obligation she always had to remember and repeat the official talking points that the party gives all its spokespeople every day. I don’t think she even realized as she said this that almost no one realizes this is what party-aligned TV pundits do, but it is literally their job to repeat propaganda on TV news programs and channels like CNN, which paid Navarro for years to do this and pays many people at all times to do it.
