    1. >Mr Rosen posted on X (formerly Twitter) saying: “Ha! I’ve just been refused entry onto a plane from Stansted to Bologna because my passport issue date is March 2016. The expiry date is August 2026 but the rule is 10 years from issue date. Another Brexit benefit.”

      I see no lies.

This stuff is just ridiculous. You have a valid passport but can’t travel if it’s got less than 6 months on it. Can’t travel if it’s over 10 years from the issue date.

What’s the point in issuing passports with a long lifetime if you can’t use them?

    3. Oh no! Passport control!

*We can’t go over it. We can’t go under it*

Oh no! We have to go *through it* !

    4. This has been flagged for years as a problem.
Maybe he should read the news.

Everybody, verybody, erybody, rybody, ybody, body, ody, dy, y. Everybody’s here!

      Except Michael.

    6. In general it’s not a good idea to travel on a passport with less than 6 months until expiry anyway. Anything for bait

    7. I get it’s a stupid rule, but given how online he is he should have known about it by now (my alternate theory is that he didn’t actually want to go to the awards ceremony and so he deliberately turned up at the airport with a passport that wasn’t valid).

People would rather pretend the rule make sense so they can bend over for the EU than be real and call out this nonsense.

This is why you losers are never my people.
