I don’t know about you but to me this is the first significant positive development in the entire modern history of Arm-Az relations. It is largely symbolic of course, we are talking about a few kilometers but if the process continues then „lasting peace“ may not be just empty words anymore.

Should be noted also that this is an Armenian initiative, Aliyev is clearly doing it under the Western pressure.
