      The right wing WAR hawks have been wanting to attack Iran for decades.  No surprise that the military complex would draw up plans and want to hear Israeli intelligence about Iran.

      Benjamin Netanyahu presenting bombing Iran as a comprehensive war plan that will fix everything is some premium bullshit.

      USA intellegence and Rubio said as much to Trump at the time.

      And yet here we are.

      If there are any adults left in the room they need to do a better job handling Trump. No more phone calls with Putin or Bibi. They fill his mind with poisonous lies that hurt america.

      It pisses me off that we act like the Israelis control the US and not the other way around. This kind of information shows very clearly that the US rejected this very obvious foreign policy blunder for years until a man as dumb and impressionable and deliberately cruel as Trump and his ilk came into power.

      Israel has a GDP the size of Arizona. They’re a minuscule country compared to the US. The constant efforts to blame our country’s misgivings on Israel bothers me because it indicates some kind of refusal to accept that we, Americans, collectively, are responsible for these disasters. Whether you voted for Trump or not, the actions of America are made in your name, laid at your feet, set on your shoulders.

      Israel and Netanyahu are shitty and guilty of their own crimes, but I’m so fucking tired of people acting like the US is getting played. Wrong. We are playing this game ourselves. We’re being led by a government that chose willingly to get involved in this. Stop making bullshit excuses for our own crimes.
