      I wonder if she realizes that justifying the use of her power to get her totally unqualified buddy (who is black) into a cush government job, in the name of diversity, is exactly the stereotypical image that people have of “diversity hires”.

      They’re using the same excuse to enrol non-Canadian citizens with questionable motives and background. It increases diversity statistics. Trudeau era priorities protect them.

      Giving an unqualified person the job was never a diversity goal. That is a crock of shit.

      Equality is ignoring gender/race when hiring. Equity is giving the edge between two qualified candidates to the one that faced more challenges because of their race, gender, social status, etc.

      This is just straight up nepotism with a bow hastily wrapped around it.
