Bloc might win this one because the people of Terrebonne usually vote Bloc and the sense of urgency regarding Trump has faded a bit since Carney is likely to get his majority with the 2 by-elections in Ontario.

Advance polls turnout really are high in Terrebonne.

If the Liberals don’t win Terrebonne with their extra spending ressources, with Carney’s greater popularity, and with the big liberal machine and ministers all there this week for the convention in Montreal, it’ll be a shock.

The Liberals should be able to win this. They are the favourites.

If they don’t win Terrebonne, then that’s a story.

I don’t think the winner of this by election says much unlike some other commenters in here unless it’s a definitive victory. If it’s close either way then it’s a whatever story.
