Note that Portugal, which has decriminalized all drugs, including hard drugs, has one of the lowest overdose rates in Europe

Tried harm reduction in BC . Less progressive attempts Only brought the buried issues out as it also created new ones. People are hurting for every vice they carry. Losing part of feeling like you can tribute (give thanks) – leads no contribute – leads to slight and loss.
We are totally missing the benchmark of a communal society means today.

Does this include alcohol? Probably not but it would definitely affect the numbers a lot.

I can with confidence say that the selection of Systembolaget dwarfes the selection you get in a small dutch village. You can also just order online whatever you want to your local systembolaget.

I love systembolaget as a customer. the opening hours could be better but you get used to that. i’ll happily trade worse opening hours to the fantastic selection that you just don’t get abroad.

  14. Damn I kinda thought the numbers might be higher than that across the board

  19. Uhm, I find this hard to believe. The differences between countries are huge! Even neighbouring countries…

I think this has something to do with different ways of calculating what constitutes a „drug-induced death“
