The people who do this kind of ads would easily tell you „what you mean you can’t put a fireplace where there was never one? You can just get a small TV that displays a fire 24/7 and build a fake fireplace around it! It’s so lovely😍 „

Yeah same, sometimes you see a listing for a house, looks brand new and all, then you find out it’s „how it could look like after you hire an architect then spend half a million to renovate“, and the actual house is a ruin.

It’s forbidden by law and can be sanctioned quite severely. Also report to *Konsumentenschutz*, who can become quite aggressive in such instances.
What do that for. Does someone ever rent an apartment without visitation? Even if you’d sign a contract it would probably be naught.
