Hate speech will always exist as long as people can find a way to differentiate groups. It’s how it’s always been and always will be. The only way to combat it is by calling out and limiting the spread of false information and fear mongering, and by having parents and early childhood educators teaching children to be accepting of all people. There will still be those that push hate because it’s profitable. But if people grow up understanding acceptance, it takes more for them to go down that path
