They will execute a masterful and sudden operation of pack up and go home?

    2. Chilling huh? Here that’s a temperature setting on the fridge they’ll keep Putin in right before he’s shoved unceremoniously into a box for disposal.

Declare victory before the Ukrainian’s bulld Optimus Prime and wipe them off the map?

Putin’s attempts to block Telegram and internet as a whole are already very unpopular in Russia. If he tries to follow it up with another mobilization, this might actually break the country.

In Moscow they say that there is „no internet“ for the safety of people, but their local social network works, local search engine works, and ‚MAX‘ works. GPS doesn’t work, YouTube doesn’t work, and soon Telegram will be offline along with VPN. Weird times in Moscow.

    6. They want to get rid of Telegram because they’ve basically lost the information war at this point.

They can no longer effectively censor or explain away the immense amount of content coming out of Ukraine that’s showing huge Russian losses.

Likewise, they’re unable to meaningfully clamp down on criticism and dissent because ordinary people will just use VPN’s and the otherwise popular pro-RU pundits and milbloggers on the platform that are turning on them are outside of Russia.

This is click bait BS from a trash „media outlet“ that only cares about traffic to their site for ad revenue. Ignore and don’t take the bait.

Didn’t they ban Telegram some time ago but back tracked on the decision? Or am I missing something? If true, what changed?

Its only a matter of time before the return of mass conscription. They are just preparing to silence dissent or organized protests.

    12. They are going to declare a victory and try to consolidate gains as they are being held now. Basically sue for peace and make it look like it’s the Ukrainians that are the war mongers. If the terms are accepted. They will immediately go into re-fitting rearming and resupplying for another push 2 to 3 years down the road.

Despite the seemingly endless amounts of equipment and men that Russia can throw at this problem, the Ukrainians can simply throw more drones back. Ukrainian industry has had four years to turn into a very decentralized yet effective system that the Russians simply aren’t able to grind it down with mass. The Ukrainians face the exact same problem if they try to retake the land from the Russians because the Russians will also throw all the drones at them so it’s become this weird stalemate where the front line will move a few kilometers here or there whenever bad weather prevents visibility from the sky, and the Russians are able to mass for an attack.

I have a feeling that Russia has absolutely chewed through any and all experienced cadre in are experiencing complete systemic breakdowns in logistics. Their window to make any moves is rapidly closing. I’d say if this goes on for another year they’ll be forced to start large-scale mobilizations from Moscow and Petersburg and once you do that, you risk a real revolt. The countryside has already been emptied of men. The small ethnic nations in the far east have been absolutely pillaged for their manpower. The prisons have never been emptier either. They are unable to use private military contractors because the risk of a rogue PMC doing another march on Moscow is all too real.

Even their one saving grace, Donnie has only managed to push more European industry behind the Ukrainians by taking away US support.

At least that’s my take on the situation and I could be completely wrong

      > Russian commanders are targeting the seizure of Druzhkivka, Kostiantynivka and Pokrovsk by the end of April, he said, based on leaked intelligence

Hasn’t Russia already declared these settlements captured a number of times…?

Taking away internet from people who have grown up using it is like taking away food from people 200 years ago. The russian people are so apathetic. Even with bad information coming from ukraine on the war is better than them not having internet. If you start messing with their daily lives you break the contract and they get pissed. As long as putin allows them their creature comforts and relative freedom they will always behave. So this is really desperate and russia is in big trouble. They cant even back down because the economy depends on the war now. Its an avalanche
