      >Chen, Baekhyun, and Xiumin have recently sent a certified letter to INB100 and its CEO Cha Ga Won back in late March, demanding a response regarding their unpaid settlements and other contractual violations made by the agency as well as notifying the company of their intent to terminate their contracts. The EXO-CBX members have been waiting over two weeks, but have not yet received a satisfactory response to their demands.

      Good for CBX. The three were busy last year with tours and fan events and I think Chen still has some stops for his concert for a few more months. I hope they receive at least some money eventually.

      I wonder about Baekhyun though, isn’t he the CEO/co-owner of INB100? Or did that change already? Would he be getting settlement from the parent company before dealing with Xiumin and Chen’s contract since they are signed to INB100?

      Finally I was starting to think that three of them were never leaving.

      I wonder how Baekhyun and his role in INB100 changes things. Like from my understanding he invested quite a bit and is an executive and founder. Does this change how he terminates his contract and does he just lose all the money invested?

      unless baekhyun and cbx are giving up/leaving inb100 then this feels more like for pr purposes to try and distance themselves publically from the mess than anything else. Cha gawon is majority owner and director of 100 and inb100, so she’s still going to be involved and running the show.

      What is this, can someone explain the possible outcome of this? Will they return to EXO and settle with SM? Or is just a pr stunt more than anything else. Also, isn’t Baekhyun the CEO of INB?

      I’m glad they’re distancing themselves from the Cha Ga Won mess. I legitimately could not care less about that lady and what her role is to One Hundred and INB100 but it’s just so annoying that Baekhyun’s name gets dragged just because they’re involved in business. I’m worried about Baekhyun since he founded INB100 initially and invested in it. All Baekhyun has ever wanted was more independence to pursue the music he likes and to get into producing. SM was too restricting to allow him the type of independence and freedom he wanted. All Chen and Xiumin wants is more opportunities to perform, more activities, and generally meet the fans in various ways. For Chen and Xiumin in particular, SM was clearly not able to provide them that. They’ve had a slew of activities ever since they joined INB100, which suited them well. I don’t know how this will affect the court suit with SM, or their group activities. Just please I need the boys to be secure and supported.

      I think it’s safe to say that CBX placed their trust in the wrong people. In particular Baekhyun as this is the label that he founded before being acquired by One Hundred. What a whole ass mess.

      idagf if i get downvoted but i don’t really like how cbx made all these bad choices are treated like they have no accountability in this situation and are just victims that managed to get away. i think it rubs me the wrong way because they’re framed as pure victims in a situation where they also had agency. like all of this bullshit and chaos for 3 years for what ?

      i also feel that way probably because while exols extend infinite grace to cbx and never speak up about their questionable choices (to say the least) ot5 get harassed and hated simply for continuing to keep exo alive and are expected to „take a stand“ and essentially to let exo die for cbx.

      cbx took risks and bad decisions and now it’s backfiring and they are navigating the consequences on multiple fronts.

      VIVIZ, Lee Seung Gi, Taemin, Lee Mu Jin, BE’O and now CBX all either left or trying to leave. 

      I hope Ha Sung Woon and Ren can get out too, and my heart breaks for BADVILLAIN as they’re the only signed artist that actually debuted under the label and are probably stuck there for the time being
