Er ist derjenige, der sechs Jahre lang auf der Bitcoin-Beute gesessen hat und es vermasselt hat, indem er die Datei „keys.txt“ in seiner Dropbox gespeichert hat. WTF?? 😂

Ich habe den ganzen Schlamassel kartiert und es ist wild zu sehen, wie 3,6 Milliarden Dollar in ein einziges Portemonnaie fließen, nur weil dieser Typ seine Schlüssel nicht offline behalten konnte.
Die Moral der Geschichte: Man kann der Blockchain entkommen, aber nicht einem "schlüssel.txt" Datei. 😂

If he didn’t turn over the loot he was facing 25 years. He got sentenced to 5.
The addresses are blacklisted, he probably would never have been able to liquidate a significant amount. Whats the point of trading your life to keep coins that you can’t even spend.
So they accessed his Dropbox, via warrant I’m assuming, after they already suspected him to be the culprit, right? In that case the moral would be to not store your shit on services that can get subpoenaed….

Sounds like a fabricated story to me. But you never know, people are lazy and maybe he thought that after all that time… still way too stupid for a guy like him.
