Japanische Firmen achten auf die Einstellung neuer Hochschulabsolventen

Let’s be real, it is especially not about AI in Japan, just service and economy is shrinking. Not to mention that a lot of new hires in Japan are quite useless for first 1-2 years as they do lots of rotation and random shit that is not productive at all. Not their fault, just they are badly utilized. Not even mention that in some more traditional companies they have to learn about company’s history and other shit, which definitely does not add any productivity.
