      Growing up in Saskatchewan condoms we’re called “safes” and then” Dubes”. I would like to know what other cultures called them ?

      It’s not like they need condoms in Afghanistan. The goats can’t get pregnant.

      As an afghan this is not true, Taliban discourage the use, but no law exist against it

      what does condoms being legal even mean? that they’re allowed to be manufactured and sold in/to those countries?
