Ahh so this was the reason she was replaced. I assume Comer will give her cover and not make her appear.

Midterms are so important for the Epstein files because republicans control the committees and are blocking anything from ever becoming public.

Really makes you think that people like Comer were involved with raping kids the way he is working to make sure that all the pedos face no consequences.

  2. That is super convenient. Now „making sure the turnover is high enough that nobody is responsible for anything“ is a strategy.

  3. That’s not how this works.

That’s not how any of this works.

Contempt charges, ASAP. For all of them.

Anyone who said „it’s cool, she doesn’t work here anymore“ should also be charged with obstruction.

She is still liable for her actions in office and can be forced to testify under oath.

Democrats have already said they subpoenad pam bondi the person, not bondi the AG. How are republicans spinning this to seem like theyre doing anything other than trying to hide the files

I thought it was the Senate that issued the subpoenas… Does her ‘Non-disclosure agreement with the Pedophile cabal protect the pedophile from her testimony?

And Trump can’t be held accountable for anything he does because he is president and anything Epstein did will be forgotten because he off’d himself. The corruption in this country is unbearable and disgusting

  8. Unfortunately for her, the subpoena named her personally and wasn’t in any way tied to her role as AG.

  9. So all Clinton had to say was “I’m not president any more” and he wouldn’t have had to testify. Right?

  10. Gee, then I guess Clinton didn’t need to show up for his deposition umpteen years after he was president.

The lack of accountability in this administration and those unwilling to enforce it is truly remarkable.

She doesn’t have a choice. It was so obvious this was the move they were going to try and pull. Republicans are complete scum and demand you play by rules that don’t exist for them. Fuck every one who enables this shit. You make our world worse for everyone.

I will steal money from the bank I work at and then quit, that way they can’t charge me with a crime because I don’t work there anymore. So long suckers. The manger who was in on the crime got me a better secret job at a private bank.

  14. BobsonQwijibo on

So the DOJ’s stance is that if crimes are committed, they can’t be investigated if the suspect is unemployed?

At some point you lot will have to acknowledge that you already are in a constitutional crisis and finally have the necessary debate about how a constitution with checks and balances that work in the 21st century might look like.

  16. Funny how the republicans called former President and his wife to testify and the son of a former president who was never in the government but trumps revenge squad says she won’t testify because she’s no longer the attorney general. BULLSHIT! Subpoena her and if she doesn’t show charge he with contempt and throw her in jail OH ! Damn it that’s right treasonous trumps DOJ will never charge one of their own

I never knew being fired from your job, where you potentially committed crimes, erased the possibility that you committed such crimes.

Who knew , that all these people staying at their jobs, paying lawyers to fight the charges, had to just get fired, and finder a new job to have them go away…

The real question, is how can the new guy answer questions about stuff that took place before he was there?

  18. CrimsonHeretic on

That’s not how that’s supposed to work. Well, this isn’t how any of this shit for the past 5 or so years was supposed to work but here we are.

  19. The Supreme Court just ruled that you can ignore Congressional subpoenas if you can even remotely claim executive privilege which, for some reason now, applies to anyone who has ever been part of the administration or even advisors.

  20. shoulda-known-better on

The doj has zero control over who congress subpoenas…

    Like not even a little

  21. Hillary Clinton testified about her actions as Secretary of State years after she was Secretary of State.

Bondi doesn’t show up, lock her up.

  22. JasonRBoone on

Yeah…they don’t get to dictate who will or will not appear before Congress.

  23. Broken_By_Default on

Hillary literally just testified and she’s been out of the government for years.

  24. Ok so what about the subpoena of Hillary Clinton.. and others that are no longer in office. The most fucking bogus claim I’ve seen from this admin.
