Sánchez is right that the world is on fire, but he’s misidentifying the source. The fire didn’t start with Trump’s bombs in February; it started with the January Massacres in Iran when the occupying illegitimate military junta that is the IRGC slaughtered tens of thousands of Iranians in the streets. The Islamic Republic has been ’setting the world on fire‘ through regional terrorism and domestic butchery for decades. Calling the US/Israeli response the fire and the ceasefire a bucket is like blaming the fire department for the water damage while ignoring the guy who poured the gasoline.

Where is the invocation of international law during the 1,000-hour internet blackout? Where was the concern for legality when the IRGC was extrajudicially executing thousands of Iranians in January? Sánchez is using international law as a shield for a regime that violates every tenet of it. To him, an American missile is a disaster, but 30,000 dead Iranians is apparently just domestic policy.

Sánchez is prioritizing the price of gas in Madrid over the lives of Iranians in Isfahan. He’s essentially saying that the Iranian people should remain occupied and oppressed forever, as long as it keeps European inflation low. It’s a deeply colonial and selfish argument disguised as ‚peace-seeking.’

Edit: that’s it mass downvoting by the IRGC bots. Reached -15 within 3 seconds of posting this.

Sanchez defends Islamic extremists all the time, and they’re the ones who set the world on fire on Oct. 7 and again in January when the IRGC murdered tens of thousands of innocent Iranians. Sanchez is a supporter of tyranny, terrorism and Islamic extremism, which violates the socialist values that he claims to believe in.

  3. I see Mr. Sanchez has not read The Art of The Deal.

That’s basically Trump’s entire strategy.  Then again Sanchez isn’t missing much since Trump’s strategy usually fails.

Trump threatened to wipe out the civilisation, told. them the exact time when he will start the attacks on Iran if it doesn’t accepts their terms and conditions.

Iran didn’t blink and at the last moment Trump did a TACO and accepted Iran’s terms and conditions. The ceasefire is just a face saving for Trump.

Can the rest of the EU please jump on this train. If the EU realized their power and potential this world would be on a good track. The EU should not be US’s vassal the EU can and should be its own superpower. The people within the EU need to understand that and dissolve borders.

  6. lol Spain is like “quick take the high road while they’re distracted from the fact that we got our genocidal acts (that we deny ever happened because they are just black legends) out of the way early”

Looks like Sanchez has not seen any Hollywood movies otherwise he would have known about how America always saves the day (from the shit they created).

I know nothing about Spanish politics domestically or foreign. But in a world where countries are scared to take a moral stance against a superpower(mine included), this Sanchez chap does impress me.

If, and that’s a big if, Iran was trying to make a nuclear bomb and were also oppressing their citizens, I don’t think it’s fair to characterize what US did as setting the world on fire…

So, I guess Spain is rejecting the idea that Iran was doing either if those things.

Note that Spain was Neutral during both world wars. They are also in the top 20 for military power.

This is your daily reminder to boycott republican businesses which drastically help people like trump get elected into positions of power.

  12. Nor would I applaud anyone who pissed on Trump after he had been set on fire.

  13. Exactly. Most of the world isnt saying much right now because they dont want to get into the crosshairs but no one is going to forget about any of this americans.

Sanchez has been using speaking towards that clown like that becouse he knows he can’t really do much harm to Spain since they’re in Eurozone and they’re not too depended on US wether when it comes trade, security or energy (since the windmills unlike Trumps likes to belive actually work 🙃)
