$51b sounds like a lot of money, but for the whole country over an entire decade it really isnt a huge figure. It will be interesting to see what projects are selected as priorities. Personally, I think we should still free up some cash flow by reducing international assistance and funnel that towards accelerating the timeline and widening the scope of this endeavor so we can see some of the fruits before the CPC swoops in and cancels everything.
