Great… so exactly how baked, fried or toasted are we talking here? Am I eating cancer fuel every time I make my bread a little crunchy, or are we talking blackened and crispy here?
Some cursory searching suggests it’s more of a concern if it’s the latter, but the author really dropped the ball failing to provide this information. Or just deliberately wanted to spook readers for clickbait purposes.
