idk if this line is indicative of the reporting quality or the dumbasses that work on tv

This is comment coming from a Japanese poster is cathartic to me.

NHK can lick my balls. Such a stupid company. I hope they go bankrupt. I won’t pay.

  5. how the fuck can they lose the competition with the internet in a country were most people are 60-70-80 years old?

Japanese TV sucks so badly I’d rather get a root canal. It’s nothing but one long food commercial with everyone saying how delicious it is.

all they show all day long are variety shows with the same osaka comedians calling the same foods delicious in the same way, endlessly… the most interesting tv is , no lie, the kid’s programming in the mornings.. some of those kid entertainers are hugely talented! and there’s a show called „a“ (literally あ) which is mind blowing – youtube it!

  8. We watch the news and also various TV shows when we eat a meal at home. I have no interest in them, and I know without a doubt young people are not watching these food variety shows.

  9. They’ve made no attempts to modernize or introduce new formats for decades. Even older people must get tired of seeing the same ‚celebrities‘ travelling around Japan saying oishii! at rice.
