Just my 2 cents on it. It’s dated in 2021, and most likely was added to the files as it mentions Epstein. Was someone that worked at Estimote. I couldn’t find any info to who it could be. But seems like a schizo that made threats that were forwarded to authorities and were added to the files since he mentions Epstein.

He died 82 days after this was sent, or apparently died. Interestingly, 2.5 days after summer solstice that year. So he was probably sacrificed.
