Also nochmal, das ist der erste Brief, den ich von ihnen bekommen habe. Ich bin im März dieses Jahres aus dem Haus meiner Eltern ausgezogen. Ich verstehe nicht, warum sie Geld von einem Monat vor meinem Umzug wollen. Ich öffne meine Briefe immer, also kann ich garantieren, dass das der erste Brief ist, den ich von ihnen bekommen habe.

Why don’t you write back to them and explain that you only moved in in March, and before this you were covered at X address by Y person?
You call them and explain the situation. Do you have the old Anmeldung from your parents home?
Maybe they mix up you with someone else.
Did you live with your parents since birth or did you move there some time ago?
Call them, tell them its your first flat and you lived with your parents before and your not required to pay for that timeframe. Just this quater.
