The judge is right. No resident of Canada should be given a different sentence for the same crime.

Yeah, fuck that. Not to mention that marrying more than one individual in Canada is illegal, regardless of what Sharia law might allow for. So he’s harassing and stalking a girl he apparently likes while not being allowed in the country and trying to marry her illegally and coercively, while also bringing his other wife and kid. People like this should have been given the boot long ago. That said, I also agree its not the judges place to decide that. The government needs to step in and do whats right.
