Makes sense, public service staffing is based on favouritism and cronyism, leading to a pretty mediocre organization
Carney doesn’t seem to understand how the bureaucracy works. He’s just decimating it with RTO and cuts in an environment that is toxic like it’s never seen in 30 years. It couldn’t be farther from reform. It’s pure decimation.
