Why did house prices in Finland decrease

Is this counting inflation or not?

Is this inflation adjusted? The Hungary value makes me suspect it is not. Which makes the value of the map largely useless.

What so you mean by rising prices?

Very nice work, but I think that cities experienced much higher increases.

I bought my house in 2016 for 2,5mil CZK, now it’s worth 7mil. It’s crazy.

This is completely BS, made up numbers. I just looked up official numbers in out statistics office and it was 68% in that period ,not 37%.

Increased in local currency or Euro, or what?

So if France (and neighbours) aren’t so expensive, is it because competent governement, or shear luck ?

Percentage price increase is good to know, but prices for rent or mortgage as % of monthly income are more relevant maybe.
At least in the Netherlands, even in a not super popular part of the country a normal family home costs you between €400,000 and €600,000 easily…thats around €2,500 a month for mortgage. It’s insane.

Nice, but over here it’s already 2026, and guess what? The prices increased even further!

I am not quite sure about the Estonian prices. Maybe some smaller apartments in some areas went sky high, but normal wooden house prices around Estonia has not grown that much in my area at least.
