      It is absolutely disgusting how prevalent antisemitism has become. Hopefully they catch the perpetrator and he gets appropriate justice

      Believe me when I say that Toronto and Montreal have very much gained a reputation among non-Canadian Jews as one of the top global hotbeds of Jew-hate. Not exactly something for us to brag about but can’t say it isn’t well-earned. I’m Jewish and I don’t even bat an eye anymore when I see these headlines, it’s just another day that ends in Y around here. I think it’s a matter of when and not if that a Bondi-type massacre happens in this country.

      Knowing Canadian law enforcement, i Wonder how long to the day when Police and public safety minister will urge Jewish people to hide their identity in public spaces and try not to do any business so that they don’t have to actually deal with hate crime against Jews.

      Judicial reforms are required. Such attempts should be considered as attempt to murder and should be dealt with at least 20-30 years to life sentencing.

      And nothing will be done about it. There’s way too much violence and hatred towards Jewish people in the country. It needs to be dealt with somehow.

      The main problem is people don’t distinguish people from the terrorists and politicians. Another problem is associating people here with people in the middle east.
      Shooting at Jewish business people and associating them with the war there is like associating the Palestinians here with terrorist and Hamas.
