For reference, in Romania, as a first offence for ‚qualified murder‘ the punishment can start from 15 years up to 25 years in prison, so there’s actually a possibility to get less prison time as first offence for planing and killing a bloke, than what you get in Russia for writing some shit online on a social media platform … it’s absolutely mind boggling.
