Has there been cases of drones using laser guided munitions? I am aware laser projector weights and cost, but it would make sense, right?

Great innovation!! Now if they would only integrate anti-drone drones into the combined warfare doctrine. Take an idea from the navy and use them to create a CAP over an armored attack. The drones could ride on and be charged by the armored vehicles as they attack. Then when the russian drones come to play they detach and do their thing.

Something tells me, by now there should be laser beams on those drones but here we are, with shotguns, and it works.
