      Pretty important to clarify that this judge ruled that Trump doesn’t have *civil* immunity. This means that the civil suits brought against Trump by Capitol Police can proceed to civil court. If he loses the suit, Trump would be found liable (i.e. responsible for damages) for his role in inciting the Jan. 6 riots, similar to how he was found liable for sexual abuse in the E. Jean Carroll case.

      election fraud is a felony. one that orange julius has committed multiple times in multiple states. he should have been frog-marched back in 2017 for a dozen federal crimes. if obama had sent troops into red states on a revenge tour – „the five“ on fox news would shit their assholes out. this traitor is taking bribes and handing our money to his golf buddies while the economy tanks. and now as a bonus he’s getting troops killed for, um, what exactly? suckers and losers, are they? lock him up.

      One thing I’ve been trying to point out that I wish more people would realize is that the core illegal act of Trump trying to overturn the 2020 election was not implying to the J6 crowd that they should attack the Capitol, and it was not the phone call to the Georgia governor pressuring him to find 11,000 votes. The core illegal act was when Trump called the Speaker of the Georgia state house and said he wanted the state legislature to meet in a special session, and he was planning to lie that he actually won the state and thus the Georgia result needed to be „turned over“.
