I suppose surprise attacking twice during negotiations is not conducive to building trust.

I believe those guys more than I believe what our president says at this point. At least they’ve been consistent.

Not to be too crude, but NO SHIT NYT.
That’s crazy. Sure they single-sidedly withdrew from the Obama deal; sure they struck us with missles mid-negotiation. But so what. Big deal. I shouldn’t lose faith in diplomacy, right? Right?!
That’s the kind of hard hitting journalism the world has sorely missed.
They are under threat of having their drinking water supply destroyed.
I hope someone got paid good for this intelligence/analysis.
