Der Teufel steckt im Detail, heißt es. Indem Trump ein grundlegendes Unverständnis über die Struktur ihrer Regierung an den Tag legte, enthüllte er lediglich, was die meisten von uns schon immer wussten: Er verhandelt mit niemandem aus dem aktuellen iranischen Regime.

None of the goals of this war have been achieved. The only goal he has left is to get back to the previous baseline, while we get the fortune of paying for this mess.
