This is kinda tricky. On one hand the employee is partly at fault for not disclosing his health condition during the job application, on the other hand you can understand the discontent because he may have won the case, which is a short-term victory, but looking at long-term the emotional damage done may have lasting effect especially for someone with autism.

So they worked for the company for 3 years without issues and then got dismissed for having a disability that clearly didn’t affect their work? That definitely sounds like discrimination.

This is wild. Companies over a certain size are incentivized to hire people with disabilities, there’s a ratio based quota. Dude proved he could do the job and the shacho could have saved some money. What a piece of shit.
