Its really common for old people to buy season passes to disneyland/world to have somewhere to walk around that also has a lot of benches, places to eat, and people to interact with. And the bubble wand is benign. Sometimes its fun to blow bubbles and feel like a little kid again. Maybe he has a niece or nephew he’s going to give it to. Who fucking cares about this when there’s WAY MORE IMPORTANT SHIT than some old white guy with lousy foreign policies.
