A pity. I recall last year also being suboptimal for sakura with rainy weather.

  2. Kyushu and Kanto?
My friends, it’s going to be the whole of the country. Kyushu up to Kansai are getting it now (22:07, 30 Mar), and the rain will hit Kanto around 8am tomorrow. By mid-afternoon, Sendai and Niigata will get the rain, then Hokkaido tomorrow evening.
The rain event itself will last for up to 12 hours, depending on where you are.
