Interesting. He’s being more open about getting involved in a way that hurts the US and Israel than Putin is. And Turkey is supposed to be a NATO ally.

This feels like some kind of war for the world. I wonder if there’s any examples of something like this in the past? Maybe even two?

    3. Turkey, which will loudly decry Israel and the lack of a Palestinian state while simultaneously preventing even the thought of a Kurdistan appearing in a country next door. To the point of literally invading that country before letting a Kurdistan appear.

      Wild.

Didn’t Trump threatened Turkiye few years ago something like “ I’ll wipe out your economy and I’ve already done it before if any military action is taken against Kurds“

This war is slowly becoming like a WWE Royal Rumble match .

Oh look, more parties want to join this „excursion“. It’s this going to be World Excursion 1?

What clusterf. So we have the biggest NATO member maybe going for a ground invasion and perhaps arming and using the Kurds for this purpose. And then another NATO member has vowed to attack those kurds.

Trumps tryna cause ww3 so he can try to cancel midterms

      Thanks america

    8. Yeah, that was pointed out as a major problem with the whole „The Kurds are joining the fight“ thing two weeks ago

    9. Turkey and the Kurds have been at each other for years. Perhaps turkey is worried that if the kurds take advantage a weakened Iran, they will capture weapons, gain a propaganda victory, and increase their strength generally. Why else would turkey side with Iran against the Kurds?

Kurds are clever militias, damn sure they won’t join this war just because US, Israel wants it.

And IRGC won’t be a threat for Iranian Kurds.

Here Erdogan just wants a reason to suppress Turkish Kurds, nothing else.

    11. So if Kurds attack Iran, Turkey will defend Iran to justify killing more Kurds?

Thats going to be a little sticky, Turkey being a NATO members who also hosts American nukes.

That seems like a bad move, I cant imagine the US would react well if they started bombing Iraqi kurds.

    13. Well Trump wanted NATO to get involved and Turkey is a NATO country…its just that they are likely to help Iran, cause they hate the Kurds.

    14. This is the way we end the world, end the world, end the world. This is the way we end the world, so early in the springtime…

Turkey would join with the Kurds and attack Iran or attack the Kurds, it’s not that clear?

This is a shady Russian site with an agenda. I suggest blocking accounts posting it.

That’s great news for NATO. If turkey joins willingly before a major attack that triggers article 5, that means article 5 is off the table if they’re hit later on. The last thing NATO needs is to get dragged into a forever war on the side of Yankistan.
