    Seeing as I’m not yet over the 42 hump and don’t have asthma… I gotta think of something fast.

I can’t say whether that’s true enough or it was a direct hit. The issue is it causes economic pain because it takes time to put the fire out, assess damage, and rebuild. This is ignoring any chemicals leeching into the ground or affecting air quality that may cause respiratory distress/damage in people in the vicinity and nearby cities. The zone may also manufacture chemicals for oil refining that their refineries use, but IDK for certain.
