    I don’t know why they’re there.

It could be a ground invasion aimed at the capital. To topple the government.

It could be a ground invasion aimed at the strait. To protect shipping.

It could be Kurdish areas to lead an uprising.

It could also be stationing troops in the Gulf nations for defense in case Iran counterattacks after we stop bombing.

    I’m guessing either 2 or 4.

How long before the first FPV drone kill on a US soldier shows up on Reddit?

So here the thing the purpose is to seize Iran’s main oil export route and reopen the strait. However, has Trump and Sycophants consider that if they actually do this the IRGC would just go scorched earth on the islands? Like I get it this administration is clinically brain dead, but there has to be people in military command telling the president about the risks.

  4. Nice of America to put 3,500 troops within drone striking distance like that! Trump really hates America.

Trump will announce how we won already by bragging that we are now paying the toll fee to use the strait of hormuz, we didn’t before.

Too bad America is going to lose its youth for the Epstein class and defending the genocidal state of Israel.

I guess they’re able to hide the truth very well because this number is never the same in the articles I see.

  8. Trump has totally misjudged Iran.
He has surrounded himself with useless sycophants.
It’s an impossible situation America has forced on the world.
It’s going to spiral into chaos.
MAGA have been completely brainwashed by an egotistical ignorant greedy fool.
Shame on them for not recognising this evil idiot.

  9. Don’t follow illegal orders, especially if your last name isn’t Trump.

No soldier is getting a pardon, I promise you.

  10. It’s still a bit baffling that this supposed ‚beacon of democracy‘ allows for one person to decide willy nilly when and where to invade/bomb/etc.

Iran is about to learn the meaning of „You mess with the bull, you get the horns.“. They’re going to wish they never messed with the good ole US of A!

Sad when the IRGC can browse Reddit to reliably predict troop deployments/strength/location of invasion/approximate timing.

I still don’t understand how any of these orders to attack Iran are lawful.

Well, there goes the desalination plants in the middle East… If Iran goes down, it’ll make sure everyone goes down with it.

  15. Can’t imagine going to war with a foreign country for Israel. Embarrassing

  16. I hope they don’t drag their „unnecessary“ „allies“ into this boiling pot of shit they’ve stirred up. Yes, considering that some groups don’t differentiate between the US and the rest of the West.

I don’t think the American public is ready for videos of their soldiers getting blown up with FPV’s like in the Ukraine War.

Can’t help but feel like we’re sending these troops on a suicide mission, baiting an attack on them as justification for greater mobilization.

  19. Keep in mind, everyone surrounding Trump (including the generals) are afraid to give him any information that counters what he already *chooses* to believe, we all know how he feels about that. All the while, both sides have dug in, and there is no incentive for either side to deescalate. This is only the beginning, and it will get *much* worse.
