      So he injures his back and wrist in the warehouse they think hes a faker and have people following him everywhere. They fired him for being unable to do the job post occupational assessment and blocked him from insurance saying hes a faker simultaneously? wtf 

      They can afford more than 13k on peeping tom wages they should be made to pay out more to this bloke ( edit or to the treasury considering this poor man needs therapy after being put through hell ) than that measly amount

      So it’s legal for companies to pay someone to stalk you when you are not in work time. Kinda feel there’s a proper legal way to go about it if you think someone is committing fraud. The hr officer hopefully got sacked for gross misconduct for making it personal

      Come on, individuals do fake illness and disability. In the UK, it’s legal to hire (regulated) private investigators in certain circumstances – I’ve made an insurance claim myself and I’m aware this could happen.
