      I do not see how we do not deploy troops at this point. If we do not, they will keep the strait as a pressure point that can continuously be used to mess up the world. 

      Basically, Trump/Israel has got us involved in a situation was there is no good answer. There is a reason no other president „dealt“ with Iran before.

      They are doing it wrong.

      They should send ICE to Iran.

      Arriving in Iran, ICE agents would deport all the Iranianisms and there would be nobody left in Iran to fight the USA liberators and block the Strait of Hormuz.

      The ~~spice~~ oil would flow!

      I mean, ICE is about 1/3 of the way there already: they are in the airports, — skulking around — past the security checks. Doing not much of anything at all. All they’ve got to do is board a plane.

      ETA: It occurs to me: Had I posted this proposal on conservative social media, this initiative would would be implemented early tomorrow. And I might even be put in charge! Becasue, dammit!, I’m a gosh-darn genius.

      Amazing a Trump has made the biggest strategic error in US history. He has put Iran in a better position than before, China, Russia profit.
      Now he thinks it’s a good idea to make it worse by putting boots on the ground showing he has no clue what he is doing,

      I do not understand why House Republicans are concerned about Trump sending ground troops when they sat there and allow the man to enter into a war without their approval. Congressional approval for war should’ve happened before any soldiers went to Iran to do anything.
