The headline misrepresented the context. „it has not seen a single successful spyware attack“ is not the same thing.
In any case it matters little when nation states and your own government is involved. It’s a much simpler route to just ask them for the data or go through social engineering channels which is the method these days. Everything else has become security theatre now.
