da-fuck literally and figuratively, this is moving quick.
I was thinking about this the other day when I was reading about the interceptors. Tomahawk cruise missiles and some US drones have booster rockets for launching.
Even some cheap boosters from model rockets would get these things in the air faster and give them a better chance to catch targets.
I watched a programme on ai learning. The 1st few drones are expensive, you have transmitters on them. Once ai learns 100% interception you replace with simple ai programmed drones. Gives maximum yield.
With Ai integration. Hopefully soon it will have the ability to intercept ballistic missile.
