      Why would they learn any lesson when the voters returned them to power? Hell, when the voters gave them *more* seats!

      Liberal have plans, the Big Century Initiative. What makes anyone think they will change a thing. Funny how we don’t see all the “elbows up” commenters on any of the immigration issues.

      Of course not. Simply because they dont care about canadians whats so ever. Oh Tim’s is lobbying us to bring in more tfw’s? Sure why not, lets do as the big corporations wish. This country is a joke and a hollow dead empty shell of what it used to be.

      Why do they need to learn the lesson when they got the intended outcome?

      Just because overwhelming majority of Canadians does not support it, it doesn’t mean politicians in power will listen to Canadians.

      They need to use Canadian taxpayers money to buy votes from new comers. Offer them welfare, free money. Liberals will get to be in power longer.

      Look at UK, it’s exact same playbook.. Carney was from UK.

      Canadians who cared to look at what Carney did knows exactly what he did and consequences. Canadians voted to ensure their life will be bad.

      Just elbows up higher so your eyes can’t see the truth.

      Sure left and right both sell at different rates but till people fight back nothing will change

      Typically, you don’t learn your lesson until you’re punished or recieve some kind of consequence for your actions. 

      The LPC was instead rewarded with another term. To what motivation do they have to „learn their lesson“?

      Article is behind a paywall but are they still referring to the immigration numbers from 2022-2024 or whatever it was in every other article, while also ignoring the fact that immigration numbers dropped quite noticeably in 2025?

      If that’s the case, to say „they haven’t learned their lesson“ while completely ignoring the trend in immigration numbers since the election is just bad reporting. But maybe that’s just every other right wing article that’s been posted these past few days, can’t confirm.
