This looks most definitely to be exactly what I called out in the previous post: a hit, and a dud warhead, the rocket just disintegrated against the very edge of the rear elevator.

Also knock it off with towed decoy bs, the towed decoy would be WAY further behind the jet than this and does not fight IR guidance, only radar guided missiles. The length of towed decoys are classified but almost certainly having a decoy stationed 4-10 feet off the tail would guarantee damage or loss of the airframe if a missile hit it.

Edit: you can even see pieces of the elevator coming off travelling in the direction of the jet vs the debris of the missile and you can see the silhouette change indicating part of the elevator came off.
