Just send an Ukrainan party cruiser to Helsinki, and release a swarm of sea babys in the Baltic, and the others can be made to match Project 23550.

Just so everybody knows russia (soviet union) forcibly took Vyborg by force during WWII Winter war 1939-1940. 3 months after hitler went into Poland soviets attacked neutral Finland. That is the reason Finland joined Germany in 1941.
