Ich bin seit etwas mehr als einem Jahr in Deutschland und habe von meinem Vermieter die Jahreskostenabrechnung erhalten. Könnte jemand bitte einen kurzen Blick darauf werfen, ob ich rechtlich für alles, was aufgeführt ist, zahlen muss? Ich versuche es mit KI und Forschung zu verstehen, aber ich vertraue den Ergebnissen nicht.

This is the utility bill, which includes all the costs the landlord can pass on to you. This covers heating, water, property tax, and other building-related expenses.
You’re already paying a portion of this every month along with your rent. The first page is the most important one for you. That’s where all the costs are totaled. You need to pay your landlord an additional €300.47.
The only thing you can check yourself is whether the heating meter readings were recorded and reported correctly. All other costs look normal so far.
