      Errrrm… what exactly would that entail… the only way I could possibly interpret a „complete victory“ for Iran is the complete destruction of Israel, no? (and that is very much not going to happen)

      All I know for sure in the Gaslighting War is that missiles and drones are still flying and us-linked tankers are not getting through the Gulf.

      What would realistically happen if a coalition of the Gulf States and the U.S/Israel launch a coordinated campaign specifically against Iranian energy. 

      If they decide to say fuck it and completely destroy Iranian oil and gas facilities regardless of the consequences, how long before Iran would be forced to capitulate? As far as I understand it, Oil and Gas account for 60~% of all Iranian exports. 

      People in here would know better than I would.

      Latest news is Trump has handed Iran a 15 point plan to end the war, Pakistan are the negotiators, this won’t work as Iran will never bow to Trumps demands. He thinks they will role over like Venezuela and has no idea of the imbedded beliefs and strength Iran has had for over 5 decades., they would likely sacrifice their whole society before giving way to DTs demands.

      Iran is getting a bit cocky, which they have the PR high ground right now it would be a shame if they lose it. The US is at a disadvantage because it’s like Vietnam they don’t have the political capital for a full war; but Iran threatening a total victory would entail the US give up its whole Middle East infrastructure, abandon its Gulf state ally’s, and allow Israel to be at risk of destruction. Even a more moderate leaning US would find that unacceptable.

      There is even a small chance that Trump is in fact talking to someone he believes to be Iran’s representative but it’s actually just someone pretending.

      Trump is under immense pressure to end this war but has no off ramp. Iran can take their time as they benefit from high oil prices, removal of oil sanctions, and collecting $2 million per ship toll to cross Hormuz. Only move Trump has is ground invasion and that will drag us into a many years long war with many lives lost that goes no where and potentially cripple the American empire.

      Trump has zero credibility and the US in turn has zero credibility because of it.

      If he’s a pathological liar instead of a compulsive one it could be extremely dangerous as he could believe some of his own lies leading to potential misunderstandings that could end up costing lives.

      We know that Trump has no idea what victory looks like for himself. The Christian Right knows that ‚Complete Victory‘ means the end times and return of Jesus. Does Iran know what ‚Complete Victory‘ means for them?
